Malunggay Tea

Before, I was a type of guy who will just going to rely on my immune system every time I got cough and colds. But now, due to my work, I needed to cure it right away.

I asked a doctor, who is also a friend to what are the things that I can do in order for me to cure my colds and cough quickly. He then said that I just strengthen my immune system in order to have my cough and colds cured. He added that I can do that with the help of Vitamin C. So, the frustrated chef in me once again turned on and I decided to create my own tea.

The Malunggay Tea

I used Malunggay or Moringa as I know that this can be a very good source of vitamin C. Known as the "Miracle Tree," Moringa, with same serving has seven times the Vitamin C of oranges, four time the Vitamin A of carrots and three time the potassium of banana.

This also promotes good blood circulation for better immune system and faster absorption of vitamins and minerals. This also has lots of Antioxidants that can fight the free radicals that destroys the cell that can contribute to weaker antibodies.

For this tea, I used 1 cup of Malunggay leaves. Just in case you can't find the fresh leaves, you can also use the powdered leaves (3-4 capsules).

Notes

It is still best to ask a doctor about your coughs and colds. Despite this works for me, I still recommend that you consult an expert as colds and cough are sometimes, signs and symptoms of a much serious disease.
