Multi-awarded Hollywood actress, Gwyneth Paltrow endorsed a Filipino product through her website, Goop.
For the post Local Pan Seared Black Grouper with Local Veggies, Paltrow showed how to make pan cooked grouper and sauteed vegetables, Asian style. And, at the bottom of the post she posted all the Asian ingredients she used, including the Datu Puti "ToyoMansi".
Who is Gwyneth Paltrow?
Gwyneth Kate Paltrow Martin is an American actress, singer, writer and fashion icon. She was known for the films like Seven (1995), Emma (1996), Sliding Doors (1998), and A Perfect Murder (1998). She first gained recognition through Shakespeare in Love in 1998 for which she won awards like Academy, Golden Globe and two Screen Actors Guild Awards and many more.
In 2001 she starred in the film Shallow Hal where people fully recognized her flexibility as an actress and in 2005, for the Proof, for which she earned a Golden Globe nomination as Best Actress in Motion Picture Drama.

What is Datu Puti "ToyoMansi"?
Datu Puti is a Filipino product catering hebs, spices and other cooking products. Their most popular product are the bottled sugar and soy sauce. Datu Puti already established a household name here in the Philippines.
One of their product, "ToyoMansi" is a combination of Soy Sauce (Toyo), and calamansi (Mansi) - a local citrus which is same taste as lemon. "ToyoMansi" has been used here as a marinade, to flavor dishes and as dip specially for grill dishes.
